The Eagle Warehouse team follows a thorough protocol to insure that each customer’s inventory is handled accurately, responsibly and carefully. Team members place inventory in a staging area when it arrives, where the supervisor personally checks the shipment without looking at the customer’s expected quantities. This check provides the most accurate inventory possible before the bill of lading is sent to the customer. The staff creates and maintains Excel documents on all inventory. Shipments are checked three times before leaving the warehouse — first when pulled, then by the warehouse supervisor and finally by the data management staff.

Eagle Warehouse is clean and safe. The 100,000-square-foot facility is protected with a sprinkler system monitored by the police and fire departments. Team members work with modern equipment that is carefully maintained, and only certified drivers operate equipment.
